What counts as an API call?
Every request to a PermitFlow endpoint that returns a 2xx response. Failed requests (4xx/5xx) and webhook deliveries don't count against your quota.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
We notify at 80% and 100%. You can upgrade instantly or pay $0.005 per extra call. We never silently cut off access mid-month.
Is the Audit a subscription?
No. The Construction Opportunity Audit is a one-time $2,500 engagement. You get an executive PDF covering permit activity, growth corridors, contractor activity, and revenue opportunities in your market.
How are Permit Leads different from the API?
